Answers to commonly asked questions regarding ordering, shipping, products, bundles, returns, and care at Nur Bowtique.

1. What materials do you use in your products?

All Nur Bowtique products are made from naturally sourced materials. Our apparel is mostly made of muslin and 100% cotton. Feeding items are bamboo and/or 100% food-grade silicone. Every product description on the store lists the exact materials and care instructions.

2. Do you offer bundles and gift sets?

Currently, we don’t have ready-made bundles, but exciting things are on the way! We’re working on mix-and-match options and custom gift boxes, so you’ll soon be able to create the perfect set for any occasion. Stay tuned!

3. How much is shipping and when will my order arrive?

Shipping rates

  • Free shipping on orders over $100 
  • Canada: $10.00
  • United States: $10.00

Delivery time: Because many items ship from our trusted overseas partners, standard delivery typically takes 2 to 4 weeks. Processing time is 2–4 business days. Please factor in customs or carrier delays which may extend delivery time.

4. Will my order be subject to customs, duties, or taxes?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

 5. How can I track my order?

After your order ships we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 7 business days for tracking details to update. If you do not receive tracking information within 10 days of placing your order, contact us at support@nurbowtique.com.

6. What is your return and refund policy?

To keep things safe and hygienic, we’re unable to accept returns on opened feeding products—unless the item is defective or we accidentally sent the wrong product.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll review the issue and make it right with a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Note: All clothing that is unused and in its original packaging may be returned within 14 days at the buyer’s expense. Please contact customer service first to receive a return authorization.

7. How should I care for cotton muslin and bamboo items?

Follow the care label on each product for best results. General guidelines:

  • Wash in cold or warm water with mild detergent
  • Avoid bleach and fabric softeners
  • Tumble dry low or line dry to preserve fibers and colors
  • For bamboo and silicone feeding items, hand wash or use top-rack dishwashing where indicated

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal where available. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

Friendly reminder: Many of our products are handmade or shipped from overseas to ensure material quality and sustainability. Please check product specification for material and care instructions.
